Winter Learning Journey: Day 2 - Activity 2

Activity 2: As an island nation, New Zealand is completely surrounded by water. It is the perfect place for people who like to swim or to sail! While in Dargaville, recovering from your busy day of sightseeing, you notice a number sailboats going by. One of the boats is manned by a young German girl named Laura Dekker. Let’s imagine that you had the chance to interview Laura while in Dargaville. On your blog post five questions that you would ask her.

I have read a book called Middle school: Dog's Best Friend. These two books are similar books it includes two best friends. Photo by ShopCade/ CC by 2.0	Something that has happened to me is that when I was in Australia I had a new mate and when it was time for me to come back to New Zealand he felt really sad.	I feel quite sad because his best friend is leaving him. But also happy because he is going to have a new baby brother.
