Panmure Bridge School: Blackout Day

Today, to celebrate the Lions tour Panmure Bridge School had a Blackout Day to support either the Lions or the All Blacks. For Blackout Day I supported the All Blacks because I think they are the stronger side. First off we sang the song Tu Tere Mai. Then after that, the Kapa Haka group did there Haka while LS2 held up a sign for the people who play in the All Blacks. Next the whole school had to gather up on the field and spell out All Blacks. Everyone was given a number from 1 to 9 nine. If you were given a number you had to go and stand on a spray painted letter. To make sure we did it perfect Mr Wong flew a drone above us to see. Lastly we all formed a big circle on the courts to pass a rugby ball.
