Panmure Bridge School: Blackout Day

Today, to celebrate the Lions tour Panmure Bridge School had a Blackout Day to support either the Lions or the All Blacks. For Blackout Day I supported the All Blacks because I think they are the stronger side. First off we sang the song Tu Tere Mai. Then after that, the Kapa Haka group did there Haka while LS2 held up a sign for the people who play in the All Blacks. Next the whole school had to gather up on the field and spell out All Blacks. Everyone was given a number from 1 to 9 nine. If you were given a number you had to go and stand on a spray painted letter. To make sure we did it perfect Mr Wong flew a drone above us to see. Lastly we all formed a big circle on the courts to pass a rugby ball.

Choking - First Aid Instructions

Today we read a book called buttons. It was about a lady called Mrs Law and her kids. When she went to get the phone she accidently spilt the button container. Then after she got off the phone she noticed her daughter Hannah coughing and her face turning red. Mrs Law thought that she was choking on a button. But when she went to the doctors, the doctors said that there was a button in the fold of her dress. Then after reading that we had to make a poster on what to do when someone is chocking.

The white Cadejo is friendly and will not harm you, but the black Cadejo will try to hurt you. The El Cadejo only comes out a night. I had to answer 7 questions about the book.
